Admission to the UCCS PGA Golf Management Program is competitive, and we have a limited number of slots each year for highly qualified freshmen and transfer students. We limit incoming students to a maximum of 45 so that we can create a strong program that is still small enough to allow students to receive individual attention. Typical ranges for students admitted into our program are:
- GPA - Freshman: 3.0 and above, Transfer: 2.7 and above
- Math - ACT: 19+ or SAT: 470+
- English - ACT: 18+ or SAT: 440+
- High School Class Ranks - top 30%
- A golf handicap (index score) of 12 or less
We encourage interested applicants to strengthentheir admissions candidacy by completing all minimum academic preparation standards (MAPS) and taking college preparatory coursework, including advanced placement or International Baccalaureate coursework, if available.
