Ferguson is a Professor of Service Management and Marketing in the UCCS College of Business.He received a BS in Physics from Denison University, an MBA from the University of Montana, and a PhD in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from Arizona State University. He received the UCCS Outstanding Teacher Award in 2005, and has won the College of Business Outstanding Teacher Award twice. Ferguson's teaching and research interests include service quality, service management, service marketing, marketing strategy, marketing research and work place spirituality. He has published in Journal of Organizational Change Management, Environmental Quality Management, The Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, Marketing Management, Journal of Professional Services Marketing, Journal of Customer Service in Marketing and Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Health Marketing Quarterly, International Journal of Public Administration, The Business Renaissance Quarterly, and Information Strategy.


Kelleher is the Assistant Executive Director for Development at USA Hockey, where he leads both hockey participation growth initiatives and the fundraising efforts of The USA Hockey Foundation. Kelleher matriculated at Brown University and launched Serving The American Rinks (STAR) in 2000, a joint venture of USA Hockey and U.S. Figure Skating. During his tenure as chief operating officer, the organization became the premier rink membership association in the United States and leader in providing industry education. In addition, STAR turned the North American RINK Conference and Expo (NARCE) into the U.S. rink industry's largest conference and trade show. In 2008, Kelleher was tabbed to lead membership development for USA Hockey. Since then, he has helped to lead USA Hockey to record membership numbers and a 20% increase in participation by children under the age of nine. Kelleher is a graduate of the 2010 Olympic Sport Leadership Certification program.



Milliman is a Professor of Management and Organization in the UCCS College of Business. He earned a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, an MS in Public Health from UCLA, and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. His teaching and research interests include Performance Management, International Human Resource Management, Careers, and Sustainability. A seasoned author and conference presenter, Milliman is a former Planning Analyst and Planning Supervisor for Kaiser Health Plan and Planning Analyst, Budget Analyst, and Administrative Analyst for the UCLA Medical Center. Milliman has received the Outstanding Award for Teaching, Research and Faculty Member, and is a recipient of the Yoder-Heneman Research Award in HRM, awarded by the Society of Human Resource Management.
