CBELS is a 46-contact hour non-credit certification program that includes ten 4-hour learning and activity modules and three 2-hour special topic seminars.

2012 Special Topic Seminars:
For the purpose of application, analysis and discussion, CBELS incorporates a collection of professional textbooks and cases from Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management, Harvard Business Review and world renowned authors including Kaplan & Norton, Kouzes & Posner, and Heskett, Sasser & Schlesinger. Custom sport cases and other learning activity materials are also provided by local academic sport industry experts. All learning materials are included with enrollment and are obtained by purchase and copyright permissions.
