A Graduation Audit is required for all students one semester prior to the semester of expected graduation. An audit involves your academic advisor reviewing your academic work thus far and determining (1) if you are ready to graduate in the following semester (in other words, checking if you have any deficiencies in your academic career) and (2) what courses will you need to complete the following semester in order to graduate. When your audit is complete, you will receive a letter of notification in the mail, along with a diploma card, and a survey.
Requesting a graduation audit is simple. All you have to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
Upon receipt of your email request, we will send your graduation audit by postal mail within 2-3 days. Please make sure you have updated your mailing address on the Student Portal. Once you return your completed diploma card and other graduation audit paperwork we will add you to the list of anticipated graduates.
The campus will send information about commencement including how to order your cap and gown to all students that have completed their graduation audits. Other commencement details are available here.
