International Programs
Study in Frankfurt, Germany for one semester or for one year!
In our Undergraduate Dual Degree Program with the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (FSM), students spend one year at FSM and at the end of their undergraduate career can earn bachelors' degrees from both UCCS and FSM!
Our campus of approximately 9,000 students is in the heart of Colorado Springs, a city of 500,000 people. There's a lot to do right in our city, and in minutes, you can be hiking in the mountains or sampling the activities in Denver.
Dwire Hall, home to the College of Business, is a state of the art facility complete with "Smart Classrooms", computer classrooms, a student computer lab that also has tutoring available for business classes, like accounting and finance, ample space for students to meet for group projects and a coffee shop!
Students come to UCCS from our Partner Schools in Germany, France, and Taiwan!
International Business Seminars is a short term study abroad option for graduate and undergraduate students who cannot commit to a whole semester studying abroad and who want to travel and learn about how business operates globally!
In today's world, every business has a global aspect.
The College of Business wants to prepare you to encounter an international business world. We do this in several ways:
- Incorporating international business cases and concepts throughout the curriculum
- Study Abroad opportunities for our students
- Inbound study opportunities for international students wishing to study here at UCCS
We have numerous opportunities to pursue an international education. International students can study through our Certificate in American Business Studies Program for a semester or year abroad, or apply for a degree program.
UCCS students have options ranging from short summer programs to a full year abroad. Our shorter programs are conducted through our partner organizations, including the Mercator School of Management's Business and Economics Summer Term (BEST) program or for a few weeks in the winter and summer semesters in our International Business Seminars program. We also have formal partnerships with universities in Austria, France, Germany and Taiwan. For example, through our partnership with the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (FSM), we have established a Dual Degree program, where a UCCS College of Business student would attend classes at FSM for a year and and earn a degree from both UCCS and FSM.
Finally, UCCS also recognizes most established study abroad programs through other US universities.
