Extended Studies courses are not subsidized by the State of Colorado, and
they are not eligible for the College Opportunity
Fund (COF)
stipend. These courses must be paid-in-full at the time of registration, unless you choose to join the Payment Plan for a $35 non-refundable fee. You can enroll in the Payment Plan at the Student Online Center. The tentative billing deadline dates for Extended Studies are
listed below.

- Payment-In-Full Deadline. Registered students must pay your
Extended Studies courses in-full by 4:00 pm on this
date (Postmarks will NOT be honored), or you must enroll in the Payment Plan (at the Student Online Center) by this date.
Registration after this date must accompany payment.

- 40/30/30 Payment Plan - Second Payment Deadline.
You can enroll in the Payment Plan online at the Student Online Center prior to the Payment-in-Full Deadline date above.

- Payment Plan Final Payment Deadline.
For all students who are on a deferred payment plan for their Extended Studies courses, you must pay your total balance in-full by this date (Postmarks will NOT be honored).

- Itemized Statements. You can access your
itemized statement for the current semester online at the Student Online Center. If you need a receipt for a
previous semester, contact Extended Studies Billing for a free
itemized statement.
