April 14 Fall 2014 registration begins
August 9 First Tuition & Fee Charges
Tuition and fee charges start to appear on student accounts. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS.
August 18 First Financial Aid Disbursement
Students who applied for financial aid though UCCS will start receiving that aid. Disbursements may be delayed based on application date and application processing time. Direct deposits happen within 24 hours.
August 19 First Student Bills
E-bills are uploaded for students who register before this day (due September 11). Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS.
August 25 Classes Begin
Faculty and Staff using waivers may now register for those classes.
September 11 Census
Last day to add classes. Last day to drop classes or withdraw for 100% refund.  Withdrawals (drop all classes) after this date will be partially refunded until the dates below at the rates specified.  Drops (partially enrollment remaining) after this date will not be refunded.  NOTE: Full-term classes only.  Short-term classes have different deadlines.
September 11 Due Date
BEFORE 5pm, students who enroll on or before this day must pay their balance in-full or enroll in a deferred payment plan; otherwise, late fines may be applied. Click on Payment Policies to read about the deferred payment plan option.
September 11 Late Enrollment (by special permission from UCCS Records)
AFTER 5pm, students who have special permission to enroll after this date must first come to the Cashier window in Main Hall to make payment arrangements before adding any classes.
September 11 Late Fines
AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances.
September 16 Student Bills
E-bills will be uploaded for students on a deferred payment plan or with a past due balance. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS.
September 19 Last day to withdraw completely (drop all classes) for 80% refund.  NOTE: Full-term classes only.  Short-term classes have different deadlines.
October 3 Last day to withdraw completely (drop all classes) for 60% refund. After this date, no refunds will be given except by appeal.  NOTE: Full-term classes only.  Short-term classes have different deadlines.
October 12 Second Due Date
BEFORE 5pm, for students on the deferred payment plan, the second payment is due this day.
October 12 Late Fines
AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances.
October 15 Student Bills
E-bills will be uploaded for students on a deferred payment plan or with a past due balance. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS.
November 11 Short-term loans due in full.
November 11 Final Due Date
BEFORE 5pm, to avoid late fines, all students must pay any remaining balance in-full.
November 11 Late Fines
AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances.
November 14 Student Bills
E-bills will be uploaded for students with past due balances. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS.
December 11 Late Fines
AFTER 5pm, late fines will be applied to past due balances.
December 12 Last day for Colorado students to apply for and authorize College Oppurtunity Fund (COF) to help pay tuition. Visit the COF website for application and authorization details.
December 16 Student Bills
E-bills will be uploaded for students with past due balances. Login to the myUCCS portal to view your account at myUCCS.
December 20 Fall semester ends.
