Changed the trash and recycling central dump points in Summit Village to a more convenient system for separating recyclables and trash.
Moved forward on researching the use of motion sensors along with day lighting for Summit and Alpine Villages hall lighting.

Assisted in the development and implementation of the Clyde's Carryout Container program.
Received a proposal from Setpoint to convert Summit Village from Long's control system to Setpoint-Delta System to allow for better/easier updates and controls response over the campus IT backbone (will be a budget planning decision).
Over the summer of 2011 the University Center will be replacing the building heating boiler. The new boiler will be two individual units to allow for better efficiencies and not needing to bring on the second unit except in the depths of winter (replaces a unit installed in 1988).
Continued to require as much recycling of construction waste as possible for all auxiliary projects.
Worked to maintain all facility systems to provide the most efficient and reliable systems possible.
Moved forward with a project to use excess capacity from the Recreation Center solar system to pre-heat domestic hot water after the pool water demand has been met.
