Alumni Connections: Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences, February 2011
Welcome to the February 2011 issue of Alumni Connections. This month, we're excited to report continued enrollment growth at your alma mater - a story that seems to ring true each semester. We're grateful that our accessibility and high-quality programs continue to attract students from across the country.
I'd like to extend a few special notes to our alumni this month, as you continue to make a significant contribution to the programs and services at UCCS:
Outcomes: Thanks to the hundreds of you who have taken the time to update your contact and professional information after receiving the recent letter from the Office of Alumni Relations - the accuracy of this data is key in discussing educational outcomes with both our current and prospective students. If you did not receive a letter, that likely means that your contact information is incorrect in our database. Please take a moment to update your personal information online.
Social Media: Given the success of our Facebook alumni group (with well over 2,000 members!), we are making the transition from a group to a page. Please join us by liking our new page today so that we can stay in touch with you.
Thanks in advance for your continued participation - we are so pleased to have your support.

This past semester one of the students in the class was a pharmacist from India. He brought a wide range of experience to the class. As far as changing my teaching technique, CISCO telepresence has stretched my creativity to be able to incorporate my interactive teaching style in the classroom. (More)
