Alumni and Friends Association

Alumni Association membership is free to all UCCS graduates. As a member, you are eligible for numerous benefits including a discounted membership to the Campus Recreation Center and discounted tickets to Theaterworks.

    The best way to stay in touch with your alma mater is to provide us with your current contact information - especially your email address. By doing so, you will stay informed about UCCS with our monthly e-newsletter and invitations to special events.
  • Alumni Membership at UCCS Campus Recreation Center
    Alumni can purchase a membership at the Campus Recreation Center for $200 annually. In addition, parking in the Recreation Center Lot (Lot 8) is available for an additional $2 per week ($104 a year). A Recreation Center membership and parking pass total only $304/year or $25.33/month - a great deal when compared to other facilities in the area. Parking passes will be available in the Recreation Center beginning on July 1. Visit the Recreation Center website or call (719) 262-7522 for more information.

  • $1 Discount off of all single Theatreworks tickets ($10 off on Alumni Night.)

  • Guaranteed Admission to Select Graduate Programs
    As an alumnus of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, you may be eligible to apply for admission to the Graduate School via Fast-Track Admission. Fast-Track Admission is deigned to expedite the application process for several UCCS graduate programs. Former UCCS undergraduate students may apply to the Graduate School through Fast-Track Admission so long as their graduation date is no more than four years prior to the time of their application.
  • Invitations to Alumni & Friends Special Events
  • Kraemer Family Library Borrowing Privileges
    • Alumni must have a current alumni card in order to check-out.
    • With the card, alumni have the same rights as undergraduate students ie: 2 week check-outs, inter-library loans through "Prospector," etc.
    • If a member does not have his/her card he/she may use a Public Library card to make check-outs, but there is a limit of 5 books, and some of the other Library privileges are not included
  • Participate in intramural sports and leisure activities
  • Reduced or free admission to Alumni and Friends sponsored events including legislative receptions

Give Back

We invite you to consider supporting UCCS as a graduate. We offer many ways to get involved and to support the Alumni Scholarship Fund, including but not limited to the following:

  • Use of the US Bank UCCS Credit Card, in which a percentage of your purchases are returned to the Alumni Association
  • Purchase of CU License Plates or Commemorative Paver Stones
  • Donations to support specific departments, programs or initiatives
  • Participation in campus volunteer activities, such as assisting with special events or becoming a member of the Alumni Board
