I. March 6, 2001 report from Central Payroll and Benefits Services (David Bravo and Marvel Markin reporting)

A. Payroll and Benefits is currently working with the health insurance providers on meeting intent of the contract for CY 2002

B. Health benefits outside of Colorado
Presently only CIGNA allows enrollees to temporarily "guest" outside of Colorado. Otherwise the only coverage employees and retirees have is catastrophic. This needs to change.

C. Domestic partner coverage is still being discussed. The issue is a legal one over the use of state funds.

D. Bob Millsapp and university council are studying the possibility of paying for parking with pre-tax dollars.
