Personnel and Benefits Report

1. The personnel and benefits committee regrets having to inform the faculty that the funding and position of full time campus benefits officer has been transferred to central in Boulder. Presently, our former full time campus benefits officer, Vicki Mair, projects that for the near term she will be on the Colorado Springs campus two days a week.

2. The Web based Administrative Performance Appraisal (APA) will take place this year between Monday March 13, 2000 and end at 4 PM March 22. Letters containing the code and PIN numbers to participate in the APA,
along with instructions on how to do so, were mailed to all full time faculty Thursday March 9th . We are still waiting, however, for Computing Services to put a hyper link button on the UCCS Web page.

3. The technical details for linking our SIS system to the software for performing a Web based FCQ pilot at the end of this Spring semester have been worked out by Kirk Moore of Computing Services and Jim Evans of
Claussen consulting. The Boulder based on line student center thought they would be able to figure out how to provide a secure link to the server being used for the FCQ pilot by mid April.
