A.    FCQ Update
   
All but one technical detail for the pilot of the Web based FCQ has been worked out.   The one detail concerns               the use of the on line student center to distribute the FCQ passwords to students participating in the study.  The               consultant at Claussen sees this as a rather simple technical issue, but is still waiting for Boulder to get back to               him.   Worse case scenario is the passwords would be passed out to students in class.

B.    Benefits Update

The Phased retirement plan is on hold until approved by the IRS.  Apparently, the university's retirement                contribution to TIAA/CREF is at issue.
