Faculty Assembly

Several events are being held in October. Today, 10/13, Professor Martha West will give a presentation, "Women Faculty: Frozen in Time", co-sponsored by the President’s Fund for the Humanities, the CU Women’s Committee, and Women’s Studies. A reception will follow Professor West’s presentation. On Sunday, 10/15, the committee will host the annual welcoming reception for women faculty. Additionally, we have held our first meeting of the semester and are planning the year’s activities. We have also been involved with planning meetings regarding reinstituting the campus Women’s Center.
