• Break up Patents from Copyright & On-line teaching
• Create thresholds

Salary Compression

• Will work with Steve Chambers to create low/medium/high scenarios for salary (i.e. 93%, 94%, 95%)
• Salary enhancement committee will start from here.

Commencement

• Working with Kathy Griffith. Will create separate meeting tents for various colleges.

Summer Courses

• Proposals will be accepted for enhancing summer enrollments.

Governor killing master plan

• What will it mean for UCCS?

Central Benefits

• Reported at Faculty Council
• Other campuses having similar problems.
• System benefits concerned (Bruce Newman)

• Could be solved at presidents level.

Library Committee

• Have a willing chair.
• Still working on members.

Faculty Council

• Reaffirmed "sexual orientation" as part of nondiscriminatory policy and domestic partner benefits.
• Talked about centralized benefits.
• UCB faculty assembly is continuing to explore collective bargaining
• Richard talked about recommendations on "Ad Hoc Committee on Enhancing Faculty Rewards". Many questions were raised.
