How I Became a Believer:

I accepted Christ at a young age. But after years of rebellion in Middle School, an addiction to stealing, being disrespectful to every authority in my life, and a less-than-honorable relationship with my girlfriend, God stepped in and told me I needed to give my life to Him and not just give Him lip service. Right before high school started, I gave my life to Jesus Christ because He gave up His life for me.

How I met The Navigators:

When I arrived at the University of Texas, I had been following the Lord for about four years, but considered putting my relationship with Him on hold to see what else college had to offer. Thankfully, God had other plans in mind. I passed by a table where The Navigators were giving away a bike, filled out a survey, got involved in a bible study, and stuck with them all throughout college.

My Favorite Ministry Aspect:

My favorite aspect of ministry is difficult to pin down. Sometimes it's prayer, sometimes it's evangelism, sometimes it's discipleship. I do love to serve, though, in whatever way the Father calls me to serve.

A Fun Fact about Me:

Shirt-shopping at thrift stores is the only place to go. They're cheap, they're unique, and you're practically recycling.
