Bill and Nancy are the current campus directors for the Navigators at UCCS. They have been married for 29 years and have six incredible children. The three oldest children all were married during the first half of 2006!

Bill grew up in New York as the oldest of five children. He received Jesus Christ in 1975 through The Navigators while he was in the Navy.

Nancy comes from beautiful northern Minnesota where she grew up in a loving family environment. She began following Jesus seriously while in the sixth grade. While living with her sister in Norfolk, VA, Nancy became involved in The Navigators outreach to military and college students in the area.

Their previous ministry assignments include:

  • Ministering to men and women in all branches of the military (1975-1992)
  • Co-directing the Leadership Development Institute at the Navigators headquarters in Colorado Springs (1992-1995)
  • Co-leading the Navigators ministry at the United States Air Force Academy (1995-2005)

Bill and Nancy were pleased to accept the role of Campus Director at UCCS in the Fall of 2005.

Nancy really enjoys ministering to people through natural relationships. She is exceptionally good at listening to people and showing them care. She loves the student leaders who meet in our home each Thursday night.

Bill loves building leaders (and God has blessed the UCCS Nav ministry with a great team of student leaders). He also loves mentoring young believers. He says, “It is such a joy sitting across the table from a student and seeing the ‘light come on’ for them as we look at the scriptures together.”
