Annual Assessment Progress Report Process

Each fall semester, degree programs and stand alone minors are required to submit an annual progress report of assessment activities that took place the prior academic year. Programs are expected to meet expected standards.

It is recommended that department chairs or assessment coordinators read the Guidelines for the Preparation of Assessment Progress Reports before filling-out the progress report form. This document describes in detail the sections of the form and what should be included.
